Unwind at the end of the day with calming evening yoga. Through mindful movement, gentle stretches, breathing and relaxation, you release tension, reconnect with your body and create balance and ease for both body and mind.
This class is based on the timeless hatha yoga: Connecting with your body and breath through mindful movement and flow, stretches, twists, balance, and relaxation.
We also practice breathing techniques which are helpful for a strong, flexible, and tension-free body as well as good physical and mental balance.
Every class ends with relaxation.
